PFFI Mission
The PFFI’s mission is to provide the finest education, the safest work environment, and the best possible working conditions to fulfill the needs of the men and women in this profession. The PFFI is active on local and national fronts with regard to issues that affect its members.

Each year 115 firefighters die while in the line of duty. With your support you can help to reduce this number death by helping the Professional Firefighters of Idaho raise funds to send firefighters to Health and Safety related training events. All funds raised from the Professional Firefighters of Idaho 2010 Calendar sales go directly into the Health and Safety fund of the PFFI. These funds are then used to help send local firefighters from throughout the state to health and safety related training seminars and events. These events are focused on reducing line of duty deaths among firefighters.
